FORMAT: Four areas of competition: (1) Tumbling (sub-beginner - advanced); (2)
Trampoline & (3) Double Mini (beginner, novice, intermediate, advanced); and
(4) Synchro Trampoline (intermediate and advanced).
RULES: Rules are written in the AAU Trampoline & Tumbling Handbook. Handbooks are available through the AAU National Headquarters. QUALIFICATION: Competitors must compete at an AAU Association Championship in each event they wish to be eligible to compete at the AAU National Championships. AWARDS: Individual Awards: event prelims - ribbons for each flight; event finals - medals for top 10 in each age group. Team Awards: top three placing association teams earn awards.
