FORMAT: Sailing courses will be located in Hampton Roads Harbor. Red, Blue and White Fleets will race together on one course. Green Fleet races will take place on a separate shorter course.

RULES: This regatta is to be sailed in the Optimist Dinghy Class, sanctioned by the United States Optimist Dinghy Association (USODA) and US Sailing as one of their Junior Olympic Sailing Festivals in conjunction with the USOC JO Program and the AAU.

QUALIFICATION: This is an Open Event.

AWARDS: AAU Junior Olympic Game medals will be awarded to the top three (3) finishers in each fleet. Overall medals will be presented to the top three finishers combined. Also the Virginia State Optimist Championship, awards will be presented to the top three Virginia sailors.

Divisions: Red Fleet - 13-15, Blue Fleet 11-12, White Fleet - 10 & Under, Green Fleet - Beginners under 15
