Venue Changes!

The girls' basketball games scheduled for Saturday at Strongsville High School, Gym 2 have been changed. The 10:30 a.m. game will be played at 2:30 p.m. at Strongsville High School, Gym 1. The 12:30 p.m. game will be played at 2:30 p.m. at Brecksville High School, Gym 1. The 6:30 p.m. game has been moved to Strongsville Gym 1 at 8:30 p.m. All games scheduled for Sunday, Aug. 1, at Strongsville High School have been moved to Brecksville High School.

Terrence Salisberry, 19, Tennessee's 1999 All-Star Game MVP, plans to win gold in Cleveland with his team, the Memphis YOMCA, of Memphis, Tenn. Claiming to play all team positions, Salisberry has signed to play secondguard at Moberly University in Moberly, Miss., this fall. His golden dreams should be helped along by teammates Marcus Hence, 18, and Odie Williams, 17. Hence, small forward, and Williams, second guard, have played on AAU teams for a combined total of 13 years. After competing at the 1999 AAU Junior Olympic Games both are moving on to collegiate ball; Hence will move on to play at Southeast Missouri State University, Cape Girardeau, Mo., and Williams is signed to play first and second Guard at Arkansas State, State University, Ark...

The Ozone Park Dukes, New York Metro Champs, from Nassau County, Long Island and Queens, have been playing together since they were 12 years old. The average team age is now 16 and all play varsity baseball at their respective high schools. The Ozone Park Dukes finished 13th at last year's AAU Junior Olympic Games in Hampton Roads, Va., but with their 26 - 4, 3 - 0 tournament records are confident they can bewinners. The Ozone Park Dukes started off on the right foot with a 6 - 2 win over the East Ashtabula Indians, of North Kingsville, Ohio yesterday. The Dukes face the Des Moines Diamondbacks at Greenview Elementary at 5 p.m. today.
